The concept is very simple. Pharmacies post jobs, and pharmacists post when they are available for work. Then the magic happens.

Fill In Rx automatically matches pharmacists to jobs based on their availability, knowledge of prescription processing software and additional languages, as well as their preferred wage.

Pharmacies can send requests to pharmacists they are interested in hiring, or vice versa.
