→ Ensure that you already have a Tantan account, and that you are using the same mobile number and password to log in on PinguMatch.
→ Make sure that you entered the country code in front of your phone number (eg +33601… / +86137…)
→ If the password is wrong, PinguMatch will tell you explicitly.
→ If the phone number is not already associated to a Tantan account, PinguMatch will tell you explicitly.
→ If you are redirected to the text code validation page, it is to validate your phone number. You should receive a text code from Tantan. Copy the text code into PinguMatch and continue the log in.

I cannot log in and PinguMatch says my app has to be updated but I already have the last version. What do I do ?

You have nothing to do, it’s probably because our Pingu devs are working hard to release a new version !
To explain a bit : in order to work with Tantan, PinguMatch needs to be updated for every new version of Tantan. This error happens when your version of Tantan is too recent for PinguMatch. Our Pingu devs are working hard to release a new version. Some versions may be a bit more tricky than others, your support is greatly appreciated and useful to us.

I click on the heatmap button but nothing appears. Why ?

Pingu needs to have access to your positions to generate the map. Did you authorized sharing your position with PinguMatch ?

I activated the autolike but it is not working. Why ?

Pingu needs to know your position to be able to like for you ! Did you authorized sharing your position with PinguMatch ?
Autolike works when the app is open, or when the app is in background. But it does not work when the app is totally closed. Please keeps Pingu running to enjoy autolike !

Can I modify my position ?

This feature is not yet implemented. Pingu is working on it. Send Pingu a little reminder to work on it for you. By email at [email protected] or on Wechat : PinguLovesYouToo.

What is the current compatibility with Tantan version ?

PinguMatch is currently compatible with Tantan account created on Tantan v3.3.3 and older.
If you created your account on Tantan in the last two weeks, it may not work properly with PinguMatch.
