Why does this app exist:
While playing Monster Hunter World I found that checking monster and item information ingame or using a Wiki takes too long and I would like to have a way to quickly check a monster's weaknesses. So I decided to develop an app that holds this information and allows quick and easy access to it, even without a running internet connection.

Current State:
Includes all current Monsters, their known weaknesses and item drops.
Does not include Item, Weapon and Armor information. These will be added in future updates.

Features I would like to add in a full release (may be subject to change):
– Palico gear
– Skill overview
– Armor Planner
– Better looking GUI

FAQ:
Why does the app not include icons for monsters and damage types?
Images and icons used in MHW are under copyright from Capcom. As I do not intend to infringe on their intellectual property I decided to use only the raw information.

Why does the app include ads?
Developing such an app takes a long time. If it makes at least some money due to ad revenue I will be able to dedicate more of my time to improving it. I tried to make sure the ads are not too intrusive and distract you from the actual information you are looking for when using MHWDB.
